Best Barber is a queer-owned, gender-neutral grooming salon designed for everyone. It is located on 10th Avenue in Hell's Kitchen, NYC, and has proudly served our community for over a decade. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Shopkeeper to join our team. Our Shopkeepers facilitate an exceptional client experience, support our busy barbers, and maintain the physical space.

Shopkeepers must provide excellent customer service with utmost professionalism while maintaining relaxed, positive energy in a high-demand environment. Additionally, they are responsible for communicating information clearly and concisely to clients and staff, completing various tasks accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized shop.

Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrate a strong work ethic, possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred.

LOCATION: 694 10th Avenue, NYC

Job Type: Part-time or Full-time available

SCHEDULE: 10 AM to 7 PM - Two to four days per week

COMPENSATION: $18 per hour, plus tip out
